  9. This tool writes predefined filecomments to pictures (other
  10. files, too). It scans an ASCII-database and uses the full
  11. description for the image instead of a too short (M$-DOS) filename.
  12.  
  13. So 'smpc012.gif' gets the filecomment 'Sailor-Moon Picture Cards #12'
  14.  
  15. Especially written for all my beloved Manga-images on my HD, but it
  16. is also usable with other picture-series.
  17. And ... this is a completely new version. ^_^

  21.  - Shrunken executable ! Thanks to AmigaE, this version is *much*
  22.    faster and smaller than the previous (1.5) release.

  24.  - No predefined database anymore ! Use different databases for
  25.    different needs. Included optimized databases are:
  26.     - Mangas.cfg (Manga-images)
  27.     - Idols.cfg (Japanese Model-Idols)
